Why
buying a property in Argentina?
During
many years, the Argentine currency, the peso, was pegged to
the US dollar at a strict parity relationship: 1=1.
This measure was probable convenient at the beginning, but
with time, our economy turned little competitive with respect
to the other countries and it became weaker and weaker. Serious

.... and then Argentina began to recover itself.

new exchange rate benefited exports and tourism; in fact,
the latter turned out to be one of the most important revenues
in the country during the last year.

great diversity of landscapes and climates. The variety of
flora and fauna is really amazing.

- List and location of the main schools and universities.
- List and routes of the main means of transport.
- List and location of the main airports and ports.
1.2.
Values in u$s / m2 and u$s / Sq Ft in the different neighborhoods
of the city of Buenos Aires.

Residential apartments
- Residential houses
- Offices.
2.
Upon reception of our real property report, the interested
party is requested to give a brief description (at least approximate)
of what he is looking for.
For example:

A special location, neighborhood, etc.
- Central, commercial, residential, mixed or nearby area,
etc...
- Apartment or house.
- Approximate surface.
- Age of the premises:

Old : 50 years old or more.
- Normal : between 5 and 50 years old.
- New : 5 years old or more
- To be used for the first time: with no previous use.

Optional services (not included in our fees):
- Legal advice on the real property
title.
- Somebody to accompany you to the
execution of the deed.
- In the event the new owner wants
to make any reform to the property we have a specialized
team trained for that.
- Management of the property:
In the event you want to acquire the property and enjoy
it for a couple of weeks a year or for a month a year, we
will offer you the possibility to rent it.
Therefore, you will not only recover your expenses, but
you will also obtain a reasonable income.
III)
Price of our service:

For those properties the value of which is lower than u$s
50.000 a 3% commission on the final purchase value of the
property will be charged.
-For those properties the value of which is u$s 50.000 a
2% commission on the final purchase value of the property
will be charged.
